3. Confirmation Call
Our team will contact you via WhatsApp, call or text, to confirm your order details.
4. Secure Your Order
A PKR 500 advance payment confirms your order for dispatch. This amount is adjusted against your total bill.
5. Delivery
Pay the remaining balance via Cash on Delivery, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or Bank Transfer upon arrival. Lahore: 2-3 business days. Nationwide: within 1 week.

Every FAIZEN timepiece includes a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
Exchanges
If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons unrelated to manufacturing defects, including change of mind or personal preference. Please review product photos and descriptions carefully before ordering, or message us with any questions beforehand. We are happy to help you choose the right piece.
